My first
Borzoi
Lamac's Majenkir
Sharif - "Sharif"
(standing)
Sharif helped me get my feet wet in
the show ring.
A gentle giant who was a wonderful ambassador
of the breed.
Sharif was acquired from the Lamac/Majenkir Kennels.
Kesjana's Twilight
Escapade - "Twilight"
My companion and empress of the house for many years.
Her silly smiles never failed to brighten my day.
Twilight was acquired from Kesjana Borzoi.
Both were Borzoi Club
of Delaware Valley Drill
Team Dogs.
Both lived to the
fine age of 12 years and we were
blessed to have them. I still miss them so.

"Chance"
Ch. Krestovi Real
Chance, FCh.
Ch. Majenkir
Artizan x Ch. Krestovi Kristina

Chance was
poetry in motion.
A strong, athletic male and my first Field Champion.
Watching him run in the field was true beauty!
Chance was the
"keeper of the gate" at Cool Run; who to the day he left us,
at the age of 12, knew how to unlatch the gate with
his nose
to let all of his Borzoi friends loose.
He sure kept us on our toes.
He is greatly
missed.

"Serena"
Kesjana Sunkist
Serena

Serena was
exactly as her name implies - always serene and especially gentle.
Serena was shown a little, however, was happiest at home or with my
parents
(who she lived with for her last 6 years). She lived with us
for 11 years.
I still miss
her gentle nudges.
Serena also
graces the top of this page.

"Navarre"
Ch. Krestovi Midnite
Navarre
Krestovi's JJ
x Majenkir Valeska of Krestovi
From the
moment I saw him, Navarre was meant to be mine.
I co-owned him for 11-1/2 years with Debbie Carsillo (Krestovi),
Parkland, Pennsylvania.
Navarre was not the courser that his uncle, Chance, was, but
nevertheless his quiet charm and always sweet demeanor made him a
joy to live with as well as show.
He passed
along his qualities to his son, Kazi, and I see him shining through in
Sabra.
I lost Navarre
last Spring 1998, two days before we moved to Cool Run.
He was dear to my heart and I miss him so.

Navarre
also graces the Home Page of this Site.

"Jade"
Ch. Moonlit Jade By
Design
Ch. Krestovi
Midnite Navarre x Ch. Brinson Pagerr Alisa
(co-bred with Ginny Kerr of Pagerr Kennels, Corinna, Maine)

Jade is our
show girl. She is truly happiest in the show ring;
outgoing, always active and ready to go! I have had so much
joy showing her. Due to circumstances on my part, Jade
was never bred. Nonethless, she lives happily at
Cool Run and is now 10 years young.
In Fall of
1998, Jade was one of the Borzoi used
in the Production of 'Giselle' by the Pennsylvania Ballet in
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
1998,
Borzoi Club of Central New York,
at 9 years young winning BOS
in Veterans
Sweepstakes. We had such a good
time! |
1992,
BOB
over Specials, from the classes,
